HOUSE RULES OF THE WATERCOLOUR APARTMENT HOUSE

To ensure a smooth stay in our apartment, we have summarized the most important information for you, please read carefully!

Login / Logout

The accommodation on the day of arrival from 15.00 in the morning on the day of departure until 10.00 a.m. available at
available.

For an extra fee, it is possible to book earlier or stay longer on the day of departure. In both cases, prior arrangement is required.

If you interrupt your stay during the booked period, no refund will be made.

The accommodation is only available to the agreed number of guests, which can be checked by the property without prior notice.

When checking in, you must fill in the registration form legibly and the accommodation provider will check your details against your documents.

Guests may only receive visitors with the knowledge and consent of the host.

Pets we cannot accommodate you in our apartment house.

Payment

After confirmation of the reservation 2 hours the full amount of the accommodation fee must be paid by bank transfer or online payment by credit card via OTP SimplePay.

Your booking will be finalised after full payment of the accommodation fee.

If the payment is not received by the deadline, our booking system will automatically cancel the booking and the dates will become available again. 

Cancellation/Change

Reservations can be cancelled free of charge in writing up to 14 days before arrival.

Before arrival 13-4.
50% of the value of the accommodation fee will be refunded by the Service Provider until.

From the 3rd day before arrival to
no refund will be made if cancelled before arrival.

Refunds will be made within 5 working days.

Up to 3 days before the day of arrival
you have 1 time free of charge to modify your reservation. No changes can be made from the 3rd day before the arrival date.

The Service Provider is not in a position to refund.

If for any reason you leave the accommodation before the end of the period you have booked, you will still be liable to pay the accommodation fee for the nights booked.
 

The prices not include the Tourist tax (IFA), which 650 HUF/person/night.

The IFA must be paid by bank transfer by the day of arrival or by cash or credit card on the day of arrival.

Payment methods: bank transfer, debit card, cash, OTP, K&H, MKB Szépkarte online.

Smoking

Smoking and open flame use inside the building is strictly FORBIDDEN!

Smoking is only allowed in designated areas!

We kindly ask our guests who smoke to keep the yard and the whole area of the guesthouse clean by not littering the cigarette but to collect the cigarette butts and put them in the bins.

If action is taken against the accommodation provider because of non-compliance with the law, the offender must pay the costs.

This action may lead to denunciations and other proceedings.

Use of rooms, furniture and fittings

Please use the furnishings as intended! Do not remove any room furnishings and equipment, including towels, blankets, bed linen, etc. from the house!

Furniture may be rearranged only with the owner's consent.

Upon check-out, the rooms will be inspected and in the event of any damage, the costs will be reimbursed to the guest on the spot.

It is forbidden to bring or store flammable or explosive materials or transport equipment (bicycles, motorbikes, etc.) in the rooms.

When leaving the room, please make sure that the air conditioning, electricity and taps are turned off.

Please report any malfunction to the property immediately, we cannot accept any claims afterwards.

In case of loss of keys and remote controls, guests are obliged to report it immediately and reimburse the cost of the keys and remote controls or the replacement of the lock to the host.

The host is not liable for any damage to property or accidents resulting from improper use.

Catering

Apartment: the apartments have a well-equipped kitchen where you can prepare simple meals.

Do not place any metal objects in the microwave oven. Please do not eat in the rooms, only in the kitchen and dining room.

Cleaning

The rooms are clean and tidy, if there is a problem with the cleanliness, please inform the host, we cannot accept any complaints.

We do not clean during your stay, except on request. Please contact the property manager if you require cleaning.

Eye replacement and treatment

Household waste can be collected in the kitchen in apartments and in the bathroom in rooms.

Garbage can be removed from the apartments or deposited in the garbage bin in front of the property during your stay upon request.

Do not leave rubbish in the corridor or behind doors.

Please do not dispose of any non-degradable sanitary waste (nappies, sanitary or toilet pads, wet wipes) or food waste down the drains, otherwise the guest will be responsible for the cost of unblocking and maintenance.

Cooking on the fire, baking

No fires are allowed in the entire property!

Services

Parking is free for guests.

WiFi is free of charge and the password is displayed in the apartments.

The remote control devices for the electric window blinds are located in the apartments.

All apartments and rooms have air conditioning with heating and cooling included in the price.

The property has a wellness area (jacuzzi), please contact the property for details.

Pets are not allowed!

Electric vehicles can be charged free of charge by prior arrangement with the property.

Other

We can keep the items left in your room for 2 months and if you let us know, we will post them to the address you have given us within the time limit.

To ensure the peace and quiet of guests and neighbours, no noise, music or music playing is permitted in the apartments, on the terraces or in the courtyard of the property between 22:00 and 08:00.

Please note that the accommodation cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by events beyond its control (e.g. natural disasters, hail, fire, power outages, damage to parking spaces, etc.).

The host reserves the right to refuse to accept guests who misbehave or do not respect the house rules, and to immediately remove them from the accommodation.

Data management

The current Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms of Use, and by accepting it you also accept the terms of the Privacy Policy: Privacy Notice.
