(registered office: 2627 Zebegény, Csalogány út 1., tax number: 75652960-1-33) in the Facebook competition announced by Akvarell Zebegény on its official Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/akvarellapartmanhaz) (hereinafter: "Lottery") and the conduct of the prize draw are governed by these prize draw rules (hereinafter: "Rules") will take place on the basis of the conditions set out in. The Rules include a privacy policy for the Sweepstakes.
The Sweepstakes is not affiliated with Facebook, Facebook is not involved in its organisation in any way, the Sweepstakes is not endorsed or approved by Facebook, and Facebook does not handle any data in connection with the Sweepstakes and is therefore fully exempt from any and all liability in connection with the Sweepstakes.

The Sweepstakes is open to natural persons who are 18 years of age or older and who have the capacity to act (hereinafter: "Participants"), who have a permanent address or residence in Hungary and a Facebook user account and who comply with the additional eligibility requirements set out in these Rules in relation to the running of the Prize Draw.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to be bound by the provisions of these Rules.
They are not eligible to participate in the Prize Draw and will be disqualified from the Prize Draw:
The Promoter shall have the right to exclude any Entrant who violates the provisions of these Rules and Regulations from the Prize Draw without prior notice.
The Sweepstakes will run from 23.05.2023.16:00 until 30.05.2023.16:00.
The Prize Draw will be published on the Promoter's official Facebook page.
Lottery for the among all those who upload a picture in a comment.
Participation in the Prize Draw is conditional upon the Entrant sharing a picture in a comment under a post about the Prize Draw on the Promoter's Facebook page during the Prize Draw Period.
The prize will be drawn among the participants who share a picture in the comment.
The prize draw will take place after the end of the Sweepstakes period.
The prize draw will be held on 01.06.2023 at 16:00
One winner and three reserve winners will be drawn at the time of the draw.
Method of draw: non-public draw, using a computer algorithm.
The draw will take place at the seat of the Promoter and is not open to the public. The Promoter will conduct the draw using a computer algorithm based on the principle of randomness.
To notify the winner: to invite the winner to contact the Promoter
The name of the winning Participant will be published by the Promoter on the Sweepstakes Facebook page in a post related to the Sweepstakes, and the Promoter will ask the winning Participant to. by e-mail or phone contact the Organiser. The Promoter will contact the Winning Entrant by e-mail to request the information necessary to identify the Winning Entrant and to collect the Prize, as set out in the Prize Collection section of these Rules.
In the event that a Winning Entrant fails to contact or provide the information requested by the Promoter within 15 days of the publication of his/her name or request for information by the Promoter, that Entrant will forfeit his/her right to receive the prize and will be replaced by the next Reserve Winner. The Reserve Winner will be notified as described above.
The Promoter excludes its liability in the event that the Entrant is not notified of the result of the draw due to inaccurate information provided by the Entrant or due to a problem accessing or messaging his/her Facebook account.
The following prize will be drawn among the Participants:
1 free night for two persons in Akvarell Zebegény Apartment House.
The prize cannot be redeemed for cash and is not transferable.
The Promoter reserves the right to change the prize. If the prize is changed, a prize of the same type as the original prize, but of at least the same value, will be drawn or awarded.
The Promoter is responsible for any tax liability on the prize.
Any additional costs associated with the prize, other than those set out in these Rules and Regulations, shall be borne by the winning Entrant.
The Promoter informs the Participants about the use of personal data collected in connection with the Prize Draw and the Participants' rights in relation to data management pursuant to Article 13 of the European Union's Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (Regulation 2016/679) (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR") and Act CXII of 2011 on the Right to Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information (hereinafter referred to as "Info Act").

7.2. Purpose of data processing
The purpose of the processing of personal data is to administer the Sweepstakes, including contacting Participants, identifying the winning Participant, transferring the prize to the winning Participant and fulfilling any tax payment obligations.
7.3. Legal basis for processing
The legal basis for data processing is the consent of the data subject pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants consent to the Organizer accessing and processing their personal data as specified in these Rules, solely for the purposes and for the period of time specified in these Rules.
The legal basis for the processing of the data necessary for the fulfilment of any tax liability related to the prize is the fulfilment of the legal obligation of the Data Controller pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR, as defined in Section 169 of Act C of 2000 on Accounting.
7.4. Scope of the data processed
The scope of the data processed includes for all Participants:

The data processed will include, in relation to the winning Participant:
˗ surname and first name,
˗ date of birth,
˗ address,
˗ e-mail address,
˗ telephone number.
7.5. Duration of data processing
The period of data processing lasts until the end of the Sweepstakes, i.e. until the prize is delivered to the winning Participant or until the Participant withdraws his/her consent to data processing.
Participants are entitled to withdraw their consent to data processing at any time, without giving any reason. In the event of withdrawal of consent, the Organiser will no longer process the Participant's personal data, in which case the Participant will no longer participate in the Prize Draw.
In the event that the Organiser is obliged to keep the personal data of the winning Participant pursuant to Section 169 of Act C of 2000 on Accounting, the period of data management is 8 years after the end of the Sweepstakes.
At the end of the period of data processing, the Organiser will delete the personal data it has processed.
7.6. Information on the rights of data subjects and remedies
Right of access
The data subject has the right to receive feedback from the Data Controller on whether or not his or her personal data are being processed and, in the case of ongoing processing, the right to access the personal data processed in relation to him or her, as well as the following information: the purpose and duration of the processing; the categories of personal data processed; the recipients of the processing; the rights of the data subject.
Right to rectification
The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the Data Controller, at his or her request, the completion or correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data relating to him or her.
Right to data portability
The data subject shall have the right to receive data relating to him or her in a commonly known and legible format and the right to transmit such data to another controller without hindrance by the Controller.
Right to erasure
The data subject shall have the right to obtain, at his or her request, the erasure of personal data relating to him or her by the Controller if one of the following grounds applies:
- the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
- the data subject withdraws the consent on which the processing is based and there is no other legal basis for the processing;
- the data subject objects to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing;
- the personal data have been unlawfully processed;
- the personal data must be erased in order to comply with a legal obligation under Union or Member State law to which the controller is subject.
Right to restriction of processing
The data subject shall have the right to obtain, at his or her request, the restriction of processing by the Controller if one of the following conditions is met:
- the data subject contests the accuracy of the personal data, in which case the restriction applies for the period of time necessary to allow the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data;
- the data processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes the erasure of the data and requests instead the restriction of their use;
- the Controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of processing, but the data subject requires them for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;
- the data subject has objected to the processing; in this case, the restriction applies for the period until it is established whether the legitimate grounds of the controller override those of the data subject.
Right to object
The data subject shall have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to his or her particular situation, to the processing of his or her personal data where it is based on the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party, including profiling based on the aforementioned provisions. In such a case, the controller may no longer process the personal data unless the controller demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Where personal data are processed for direct marketing purposes, the data subject shall have the right to object at any time to processing of personal data concerning him or her for marketing purposes. In this case, the personal data may no longer be processed for commercial purposes.
Participants may send a request to exercise the above rights in writing, by post or electronically to one of the contact details of the Data Controller indicated in these Rules.
The Data Controller shall, from the date of receipt of the request. 30 days inform the data subject of the action taken in response to his or her request or the reasons for non-action, of the possibility to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority and of his or her right to judicial remedy.

Exclusion of liability of the Organiser
The Organiser excludes any liability for damages, costs, losses incurred by the Participants due to:
˗ data provided by Participants which are incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete,
˗ the Participant's Facebook account being unavailable for any reason,
˗ a technical problem that interferes with or makes impossible the operation of the Prize Draw,
˗ failure to contact the winning Participant,
˗ failure to deliver the prize for reasons beyond the control of the Promoter or failure of the Entrant to accept the prize.
The Promoter further excludes any liability for damages and other infringements caused by Participants to third parties in connection with the Prize Draw.
Amendment of the Rules, termination of the Prize Draw
The Promoter reserves the right to unilaterally modify or terminate the provisions of these Rules and the Prize Draw unilaterally and unilaterally throughout its duration, for any reason, and to inform the Participants accordingly.
Guiding rules
The conduct of and participation in the Prize Draw is subject to the provisions of these Rules. Any matters not covered by these Rules shall be governed by applicable Hungarian law and by the provisions of Facebook's Terms of Use and its Rules for Groups, Events and Pages.
The Promoter declares that the Prize Draw is not subject to the provisions of Act XXXIV of 1991 on the organisation of games of chance, and the provisions of the Act XXXIV of 1991 on the organisation of games of chance shall not apply to the Prize Draw.
